Terms & Conditions – Madeira Best Apartments

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Check-in time «is from 4 p.m. until 00:00. Check-out time is 12 p.m. or earlier.
• Please provide your estimate time of arrival.
• You need to give us a contact for the check-in arrangements.
• No age limit.
• No pets allowed.

CANCELLATIONS

Guests will be refund of the total booking value for cancellations made at least with 5 days before your arrival. If not, Madeira Best Apartments will retain the entire rental fee, excluding the cleaning fee.

CLEANLINESS/ RECYCLING / DAMAGES / RESPONSIBILITIES

We recommend to recycle waste correctly for all Madeira best Apaertments. In occurrence of any damages the host will be responsible for their fee.

FORGOTTEN OBJECTS/ KEYS LOST

In case of loss or damage of the apartment keys/chip the fee will be up to 50€. Any forgotten personal belongings you must arrange shipping service.

LOSS, DAMAGE OR THEFT OF PERSONAL ITEMS

Madeira Best Apartments is not responsible for loss, damage or theft of cash, jewellery or other valuables left unattended in the apartments.

ACCEPTANCE OF OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Our Terms and Conditions stated above are intended as automatically accepted by the Tenant with the confirmation of the reservation of our service.

* Extenuating circumstances policy for the COVID-19 outbreak: Due to these exceptional circumstances, Madeira Best Apartments will issue a voucher for the deposit paid as credit for a future booking. Please contact us at info@madeirabestapartments.com for more information.
