Rates and Fees
Municipal Tax:
A municipal tax of €2 per night per guest applies to all apartments, for a maximum of 7 nights. From the 8th night onwards, it is no longer charged.
Children up to 12 years old are exempt.
Payable at the property by card or in cash.
Additional Guests:
Rates are for 2 guests. Additional guest fee is €20 per person from age 16 and up.

Prices listed (including seasonal rates) are indicative only and may not be up to date. The rates confirmed by Madeira Best Apartments at the time of booking will prevail in all cases.
The guest acknowledges and agrees that any omissions or ambiguities in these Terms and Conditions do not invalidate the applicability of the remaining clauses and will be interpreted in good faith and in line with industry standards.
By making a reservation and using our services, the guest agrees that any questions or unforeseen situations not covered by these Terms and Conditions will be resolved based on common sense, general legal guidelines, and direct communication between both parts.
