Where can I wash my Clothes?
We don´t have a washing machine. However, there is a public washing machine called “Service Laundry located in Marina do Funchal. Do you accept pets in the apartment?
I am afraid we don´t accept pets in our apartments.
Is there someone to deliver us the keys upon our arrival?
Once you do your reservation you need to inform the estimated time of arrival for us to deliver you the keys on time.
Where do I leave my keys when I leave?
You can leave the keys on the table and shut the door.
Are there any other fees associated with the booking?
Yes. All bookings have a cleaning fee 50€ (T0 and T1) and 75€ for T2.
What are the cancellation policies?
Guests will be refund of the total booking value for cancellations made at least with 5 days before your arrival.
Do you charge for updates and changes?
No. There is no charges for reservation changes.
